SB3 USB keyboard and mouse intermittently disconnect (dump attached)

I have G413 Logitech mechanical keyboard, and G300 Logitech gaming mouse, each plugged in at 2 different usb ports on the laptop base.

I found both external usb devices connection to the laptop was not stable. Plugging back in or restarting computer sometimes work and sometimes not.

I have also tried:

• disable power suspend

• uninstalling and redownloading all drivers

• used different devices and same behavior

• adjusting the sb3 hinge angles

• or basically anything on google search

Just recently I tried to take a dump of the Logitech driver app LCore when the hardware was disconnect and driver shown unresponding in task manager.
