How to find the path of python folder?

I am using windows 10, 64 bit 1809 version, when I type python in command prompt it says python is not recognized as internal and external command, operable program or batch file, there is no python folder in c://users/user/AppData/local/programs/ as well, but when I try to install older version of python it gives me message as new version of python is already installed and when i try to install the same version it gives me install option not uninstall , and then when i try to install it gives me setup failed 0x80070642-user cancelled installation even after unchecking install launcher for all users, I want to know where is python exactly installed.
