ROS subscriber error in android org.ros.internal.node.xmlrpc.XmlRpcTimeoutException

I am working on the ROS project on android. I am able to connect with the master but when I Subscribe to any topic I am getting this ROS Error.

E/UpdatePublisherRunnable: org.ros.internal.node.xmlrpc.XmlRpcTimeoutException: org.apache.xmlrpc.client.TimingOutCallback$TimeoutException: No response after waiting for 10000 milliseconds.

I am not sure how to solve this error. Here is my log from the android studio. Please help me
