How can I fix 0xc000000f error in Windows10?

-2

I have to install ROS on my laptop(Windows).

So I tried to install Ubuntu(18.04) for multiboot using an extra SSD.

I tried to partition /dev/nvme0n1. But since then, my laptop's original operating system, Windows 10, has not been booted.

So now my laptop is stuck in an infinite boot state of Windows 10.

If I reinstall Windows, all my original files will be deleted. Is there any way to recover the Windows without deleting the original files?
