x64 dll files in system32 directory prevents launching a game

I've been trying to launch a game and got 0xc000007b error. All of Microsoft visual c++ is installed. I used depend22 program to solve the issue and got 246 errors (yaeh. i counted).

It seems that a lot x64 dll files are in system32 directory. Is this normal? Can anyone help me explain and fix this issue? See image below.
