Did not find anything regarding error. How to resolve??

Please note that Microsoft deprecated SHA1 support at the end of July 2020. See Microsoft's announcement on Preparing for the deprecation of SHA-1 signatures, as well as Microsoft's 2019 SHA-2 Code Signing Support requirement for Windows and WSUS.
