Are the row and column 0 or 1 based for OracleBulkCopy error?

I'm getting an error when doing OracleBulkCopy. I think I know what is causing the error, but I'd like to log the data. In the error message below, are the row and column 0 or 1 based?

Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleException (0x80004005): Error in row '2628' column '13'
