The Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management service encountered an unexpected error: This user isn't allowed to sign in to this computer. (0x80070531)

I am running Windows 10 (10.0.18363.900) and I was able to run Docker Desktop 2.3.0.3 but suddenly when I try to start Docker Desktop I'm getting the error in the title. (see full exception bellow).

This machine is a corporate machine with Azure AD user so it might be related to that. I've check recent Windows Update and only Office updates were installed.

I've tried to restart my computer, uninstall and install Docker Desktop but nothing changes and the same error persists.
