Migration Error in visual studio 2019 with MYSQL.Please help me to slove this Error

***I connect with Visual studio 2019 .NET core application with Mysql workbench.I create a DB in Mysql and add a user.then I add all information in connectionstring.All the visual studio codes are correctly running. This is the Error After Executing 'update-database –verbose' command:
