SSIS : trying to import a flat file 0x80070005 Access is denied

I am trying to import a flat file from another server with Visual Studio (incuding SSIS) to put the data in a database

It was working before but now whereas nothing changed I have an error: 0x80070005: access is denied

I tried to put all possible rights to the file in the server, but still it does not work
