SharePoint 2013 after importing Content users can not edit site contents

could someone help me with this issue? I am a newbie for this application and we have a serious issue, we have imported a Content database from Production into Test and now we have an issue that users can not edit templates or site contents, But when I added a new user that user had no problems. Could someone please help me?

I looked for the correlation ID and the error says SPSecurityContext: Could not retrieve a valid windows identity for username 'DOMAIN\user' with UPN 'user@upn.com'. UPN is required when Kerberos constrained delegation is used. Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is denied

Yes I did google search I was googling straight for 5 days and nothing helped.
