App starts on Windows boot with SQLite Error 14: 'unable to open database file'

I've made an app which auto starts when Windows boots. The app has a database and this is my code

RegistryKey reg = Registry.CurrentUser.OpenSubKey("SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run", true);
            reg.SetValue("voice for notes", Application.ExecutablePath.ToString());

But when Windows boots, and the app starts I get this error :

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

What is causing this error, and how do I fix it?
