How to Attach MySql Database to .Net Windows forms

Im trying to publish my .Net windows forms application including my MYSQL database that i have connected it to my application using connection string but after i publish it, the other user gets access denied to the database.

Any solutions that I can attach a local database instead of online hosting and remote databases?
