ISO files not able to boot on Raspberry Pi

I am trying to install a new OS on a Raspberry Pi, but all the ISOs I try provide the same results, either not booting (no green/blue light flashing on boot) or an error splash screen which basically says not bootable with a 0x00000010 error code.

I've tried using Etcher, Rufus, and the dd command to flash the ISO image to my SD card, to no avail.
