Webcam issues in virtualbox(windows10)

I have been stuck with webcam issues, I have googled and went through all the possibilities but still i cant overcome the issue.

host- Ubuntu Virtual-box- Windows10 I have enabled the webcam in the virtual box settings(Configured with extension pack) and the cam is connected successfully.

When i open the cam application it prompts out an error code 0xA00F4243

I have checked with task-manager monitor tool and again i have installed procexp64 for identifying which app is specifically reserving the cam. It results as explorer and search-UI. ( i think there is no use of killing that process, though i tried to kill the process then it prompted if you kill the process,there may be an unusual crash in the system.So i didn't kill the process).

I don't know which app is exactly reserved the cam.

I have also uninstalled and updated the drivers but none of them turned up. Tried with both inbuilt and USB cam
