wamp server not start - all VC++ installed - error VCruntime140 - error 0xc000007b

I have a problem after install wamp3.1.4 .X64bits. Wamp doesn'nt start (orange icon). All my VC++ are installed. enter image description here

First error : vcruntime140.dll is required. Sencond error : after download vcruntime140.dll and paste to system32, i have the error 0xc000007b. I am in win8.1 x64. Can someone help me please? Thanks
