Error while running VM on Virtual Box after Ubuntu 19.10 update

Two days ago I've upgraded my Ubuntu version to the latest 19.10, and after the whole process, I noticed that I could not run a Lubuntu VM created by my university teacher from Oracle Virtual Box anymore. Here's the error that shows up:

The virtual machine 'FIR Lab 2017' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).

I've tried reinstalling the virtualbox-dkms, installing the 6.0.x version of Virtual Box and some of the others most popular solutions I've found online. I have virtualization active in my BIOS and also secure boot is disabled.
