mac Os snow leopard VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API error with VBox

I'm trying to run macOS leopard using virtualbox on my windows 10 OS the specification of the virtual machine that I create is

2 GB ram 20 GB storage and all the other is the defaults options and when I run the Vbox I get the following error

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine mac snow leopard.

 (VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API).

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

the virtual machine is work fine forme before but I delete it and new I get an errors
