VS 2017 does not start. Error-Servicehub.host.node.x86.exe access denied

I am getting this error when I just try to open VS2017. Where should I start troubleshooting why VS2017 won't even launch? It was working great until a couple of days back. I don't think i installed or uninstalled anything that would have caused VS2017 to be unusable.

I took a procmon capture to see if that can help. I am a local admin on the computer.
