Wix error code Error 0x80070001 retrieved from bundling msi into bundle

I am bundling the msi in a bundle and i get the following error.

Error 0x80070001: Failed to extract all files from container, erf: 1:2:0 Error 0x80070001: Failed to wait for operation complete. Error 0x80070001: Failed to open container. Error 0x80070001: Failed to open container: WixAttachedContainer. Failed to extract payloads from container: WixAttachedContainer to working path:

Looking at most of the posts and here https://wixtoolset.org/documentation/manual/v3/overview/insignia.html ,

I am confused where to implement this in the code? The section i am confused is "Insignia can also be used to detach and re-attach the burn engine from a bundle, so that it can be signed"

Could someone please advice on the steps please and where to implement it?
