Virtual box is unable to start CentOS in hp windows 10. hyper - v and windows sandbox is missing. BIOS is enable, its kernel operation failed

It's my first time to install the virtual box in my system windows 10. I want to work on centOS. I'm importing the centos .vdi file in my virtual box. but it gave me the error of kernel operation failed and Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED). I also enabled the BIOS of my system. I checked lots of soln on this problem but the problem is still on.
Some of the videos say to uncheck the Hyper - v and windows sandbox in the windows feature. but both the options are unavailable in that. there is windows 10 home present in my system attachment attachment2
