quser.exe command return error 5 Access Denied

On Windows 10 I can show user sessions logged on the machine with the "quser" command. I can do that for some time (several minutes) after that, without any (apparent) motivation, the same command show me the following message:

Error 0x00000005 during session name enumeration
Error [5]: Access denied.

The message is somewhat clear but I don't understand why it appears only after some time. Then if I try restart the pc following message come out:

"If you shut down now, you and any other people using this PC could lose unsaved work"

This problem makes me frustrated because when this happend I can't access on Skype for business and only solution I found is logout and re-login with my account or even restart the pc.

The account I'm using is an AD account (company account), maybe this is related with the problem.

Does anyone have any idea?
