If i add Intacct sdk into my .net application it is breaking with system.runtime exception

I have an application with .net 4.6.1 framework. I recentenly added reference to Intacct sdk 2.10 version. It is working fine in my local environment but if I publish the code and run it the server it breaks with "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime, Version=4.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) ". Any help is greatly appreciated.
