Error Process finished with exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005)

I am attempting to create an Android virtual device. I have created an emulator that is supposed to reproduce the specifications of a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. Every time I press play in the AVD menu I receive the error Process finished with exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005). I also receive a error report modal. The error appears to be an AMD error but I have an Intel processor. I have scoured StackOverflow and Google trying to solve this issue but I haven't seen anyone provide the exact cause and solution so I am hopeful by asking that someone may be able to help.
