MS VS 2015 gives error "No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)) while creating MVC project

I am getting MS VS 2015 gives error "No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)) while creating MVC project. I did repair but same issue persist.

Steps: File -> Create New Project -> C# (Web Application) -> ASP.NET Web Application (Framework 4.5.2) -> Blank MVC Project -> Error
