Eclipse IDE crashes - specifically while creating internal window

i am a student, while practicing internal frames, eclipse IDE crashes and quits and creates the above mentioned text in a notepad in desktop. i tried like 20 times but still same error

i use windows 10 64 bit version. ram 4 GB.
