HPE UFT - UFTBatchRunnerCMD.exe not working

When I try to run UFTBatchRunnerCMD.exe with the following command on cmd:
"UFTBatchRunnerCMD.exe -source "C:\MyTestPath".

After I execute it on cmd, even with administrative rights, it gives me the following error:
