TimeOut - Identity (Authentification) .net Entity Framework

I use .NET 4.5 and my database is SQL Server Express on Amazon RDS; my hosting elastic beanstalk

I have problem only when I use authentication (sign in and sign up).

I have (list product etc) and it works (i see a list a products in my website) Is not a problem with access to database with my website, is only for sign in,sign up.

And when I use local SQL Server, it works...
