failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

After I do something that will trigger my Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Application function. When I run my web app on my visual studio it works fine, that problem only appears On Web requests. aybe someone knows how to fix this, thanks in advance.
