Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.SqlClrProvider Version=14.100.0.0

i have a win app on vs2012 that use smo for some task this application worked correctly

but when i install vs2017 ssas extension in same machine, my smo code raise below error

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.SqlClrProvider, Version=14.100.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
