Kernel Panic Documentation - NVRM[0/1:0:0]: Read Error 0x00000144

I'm trying to figure out the following OSX Kernel Panic:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff7f8c987f1a): NVRM[0/1:0:0]: Read Error 0x00000144: CFG 0x119e10de 0x00100406 0xb0000000, BAR0 0xb0000000 0xffffff91f679d000 0x0e41e0a2, D0, P0/4

I can't find a good explanation for NVRM and what that read error 144 is. This is happening on a 2013 iMac with OS's starting with Sierra all the way to Mojave when certain JPGs are opened with Preview or any browser. The disk was erased and a clean install was done, nothing added and no hardware other than an Apple keyboard and mouse. PRAM and the SMC have both been reset. Apple Diagnostics doesn't show any errors nor does Rember's memory test. I've scoured the Apple Development site, looking in the Kernel development section and can't find a thing.

Anyone have any idea where this might be documented?

Thanks!
