Unable to load DLL 'libmp3lame.32.dll':

After running Install-Package NAudio.Lame -Version 1.0.9 I got error

"System.DllNotFoundException: 'Unable to load DLL 'libmp3lame.32.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)'

in Console Application in VS2019.

Any ideas how to fix it?
