Whenever i restart IIS, i get the error an unhandled win32 exception occurred in w3wp.exe

Whenever I restart IIS on our server, we get the error 'an unhandled win32 exception occurred in w3wp.exe'

Also it says some IIS APPPOOL{POOL_NAME} [Elevated]

The event viewer has this in the log. Did anyone encountered this error?
