I was going through a course on udacity "Linux Command Line Basics." , the course requirement is to install VirtualBox and vagrant for virtual linux environment, after installation, next step is to use "vagrant up" command on terminal, for which i got error :-

Vagrant is currently configured to create VirtualBox synced folders with
the `SharedFoldersEnableSymlinksCreate` option enabled. If the Vagrant
guest is not trusted, you may want to disable this option. For more
information on this option, please refer to the VirtualBox manual:

  https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04.html#sharedfolders

This option can be disabled globally with an environment variable:

  VAGRANT_DISABLE_VBOXSYMLINKCREATE=1

or on a per folder basis within the Vagrantfile:

  config.vm.synced_folder '/host/path', '/guest/path', SharedFoldersEnableSymlinksCreate: false

There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant
for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

Command: ["startvm", "6af71892-ad18-44e8-a10d-8b8da23a7e80", "--type", "headless"]

Stderr: VBoxManage: error: The virtual machine 'Shell_default_1569492301228_35998' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1)
VBoxManage: error: Details: code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005), component MachineWrap, interface IMachine

What could be the possible solution to run this command successfully ?

vagrant
virtualbox
