Cannot connect to MySQL database from visual studio 2019

When I try to connect from visual studio 2019 to MySQL database, it gives me the following error

System.IO.FileLoadException: 'Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data.Entity.EF6, Version=6.10.9.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)'
