Canon - Error code "0x000000C1" COMM_DISCONNECTED

We are referring the code from : https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/688276/Canon-EDSDK-Tutorial-in-Csharp

We are using Camera Canon Kiss M, randomly we are getting error COMM_DISCONNECTED "0x000000C1".

Things we have tried

1. Replace AC adapter and battery
2. Check all camera settings
3. Check the USB port connected to PC

Everything looks fine, hence we tried to use different camera but same model. It works properly. Hence it looks like issue with Camera but as per error code it is communication error then how does it worked when we changed camera (all camera settings are same)

Now we are facing this issue in various Canon Kiss M, how can we identify exact cause i.e. it's code issue or hardware issue or anything else.
