How to bypass HLK test of "Run mtpinfup.exe mtptest.inf"

When I use HLK to test my mtp filter driver I got some issue when the test isRun mtpinfup.exe mtptest.inf and the error message is

Is anyone meet this issue before? can anyone tell me what is wrong with this issue and how do fix it? Thanks very much
