Not able to publish asp.net application on server

Could not load file or assembly 'ARCONSImageCompressionV3' or one of its dependencies. There is not enough space on the disk. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070070).

I have published dotnet website but showing above error. Kindly provide us the solution.

I have clean-up the C:drive(8.41 GB) and D:space (353GB_.

Please tell me what is wrong with the application on server side or at the local system.
