Runtime error (File not found - system.data.entity.design) when running the website

I get the below error when i run my website. It all happened suddenly and its not working. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling from nuget but no luck. Require some one help in fixing this.

My website is running on .NET Framework 4.5 and running using VS 2019 in local pc.

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.Entity.Design, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
