android studio emulator error after windows update

I haven't had any problems with my emulator up till now. But ever since I updated my windows to the latest version and whenever I run my application with my AVD it crashes and says

Emulator: Process finished with exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005)

I've tried uninstalling and installing Android Emulator & Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator in SDK tools and have tried with other avds but none of them seem to work.

How can I fix my problem?
