IIS express problem. Error 502.5. Help Alert

I still have problem with my application created in asp .net core. Problem is:

1. HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure
2. Event logs:

I checked plenty of websites with solutions. I reinstalled everything and still nothing and I don't know what to do.
