Starting Wamp server on Windows7 suddenly gives error -the app was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

I remember a day before I cleaned some unwanted Programs from Control Panel but none of those had any dependency on Wamp . I have the programs required to run Wamp on Windows 7 64-bit.

But suddenly launching Wamp Server is resulting into an error.

I trying following the tutorials and messed with .ddls with no success. I uninstalled the whole Wamp and Reinstalled. Still same error on launch and it exits.
