OpenCV tutorial debug has exited with code -1

I'm just going through the tutorial here https://docs.opencv.org/4.0.1/dd/d6e/tutorial_windows_visual_studio_opencv.html I got this to build but won't run from the IDE. I even put an argument in the debug properties. But it does run from the command window. I don't know if it's all these PDB lines or why it is referencing win32. I am trying to do everything from and for 64 bit.

This is windows 10 64 bit PC. Took me a bit to get the opencv_world400.dll to load.
