Error while drag any tool of metro frame work

I want to use metro frame tools but could not access on it when i drag any label,button or any control form metro tool an Error accrued eg this type error shows { " Failed to create component 'MetroTile'.The error message follows: System.RunTime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005) "} how to resolve it
