This web service was working allright since ever. I did not modify nothing on the server and suddently I'm getting this error:

Windows Update is off, Tried changing app pool, Tried restarting the server, Tried deleting the website and recreate it, Cannot reinstall framework 2.0 on windows server 2008, cause windows rejects the install telling me that's already installed.
