failed to open a session for the virtual machine (error in virtual box)

I just installed virtual box to run ubuntu on my host operating system which is windows 10 and i downloaded the iso file from ubuntu (the latest one) but as i created new machine and tried to run it. It gives me error that unable to open a session.Nothing is helping .My virtualization is on but still not working.

the error is:

Failed to load R0 module C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox/VMMR0.r0:SUP_IOCTL_LDR_OPEN failed (VERR_LDR_GENERAL_FAILURE). Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_LDR_GENERAL_FAILURE).
