Windows 7: Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init? exitcode=0x00000009

The computer runs on Windows 7. It was running just fine before the power outage yesterday, then there is this problem:

The computer gets stuck here: Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init? exitcode=0x00000009

Then, I rebooted the computer and got here: boot: anything => Could not find kernel image

I tried to follow some instructions found on the internet but whatever I typed in for "boot:" (I even tried "nousb", "irqpoll", "vga=ask", "nodrivers", and others), I got the same message: "Could not find kernel image" except when I typed "boot" or just hit enter.

I would very appreciate any help.
