'Unable to load DLL 'agcore'

I am trying to implement server-side export for my kendo grid using RadSpreadProcessing but I get the following error-

System.DllNotFoundException: 'Unable to load DLL 'agcore': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)'

When I try to give a reference to agcore dll the following error is shown (please check screenshot)

I tried this solution but it is not working for me.

Any help would be appreciated
