How to run COM for IIS

We're doing an aspx project with a COM connection. No problem in our studio work. However, when we publish on IIS server, COM does not work. What could be the reason? (Add as reference)

now i got this error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): {65EB3876-89FF-459F-BF24-02E8DD7F2DB2} CLSID ... 80040154 .... HRESULT 0x80040154
