0x80040154 when open the next form

When I run my c# app on test pc I am Getting a System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)) when I open a second form.

I understand that I need to register a class/dll file, but I am at a loss to which one it is...

All my dll files are in the installation folder, I'm thinking that it is one of the dependencies, but which one I don't know...
